Job Requirements:
A Press Operator is responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.
Key duties include:
Machine Operation :
Set up and operate injection molding machines, ensuring proper parameters are maintained for consistent production.
Quality Assurance :
Perform visual inspections of finished products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications.
Material Handling :
Prepare and load raw materials into machines, monitor material levels, and manage finished product packaging.
Equipment Maintenance :
Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines, troubleshooting issues, and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
Documentation :
Accurately record production data, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any issues encountered during shifts.
