Installer Assistant

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our installation crews. Whether you are looking to start a career in specialized home exterior installations or HVAC systems, we have an entry-level path for you with competitive pay, extensive training, and robust benefits. Option 1: HVAC Installer Assistant (Travel Required)

Base Pay :

$18 per hour (Willing to start someone with experience for more).

Additional Pay :

+$6 per hour for overnight travel days and +$4 per hour for travel days where you return home the same day.

Bonus Opportunity :

End-of-year performance bonus.

Schedule & Travel :

Hours :

Typical hours are Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM, totaling 35-45 hours per week.

Work-Life Balance :

If overnight travel is required (up to 3 hours away), you return on Thursday.

Travel Perks :

Per diem and paid hotel accommodations for overnight stays are provided.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with the installation of HVAC systems, ductwork, and related equipment per manufacturer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Option 2:

Home Installation Assistant Pay :

$20 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.

Location :

Albert Lea, MN facility.

Schedule & Training :

Hours :

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with potential overtime until 7:00 PM.

Training Program :

A 2-week program including 2 weeks at a training center

Key Responsibilities :

Assist lead installers with basic install functions and retrieving tools and materials. Load installation materials at the start of the day and assist with cleanup at the end of the day. Effectively prepare the job site for set up and tear down. Requirements (Applicable to Both Roles)

Physical Ability :

Ability to lift between 50 lbs and 75 lbs.

Mobility :

Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and work while standing.

Heights :

Comfortable working on ladders, planks, and roofs.

Technical Skills :

Experience using hand and power tools.

Compliance :

Ability to pass a drug screen and possess a valid driver's license.

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent.
