Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator
  • Nail Inserting to join their team. As a Machine Operator
  • Nail Inserting, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a solid work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 19/hour
Shift:
2nd shift is 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, Monday-Friday; 3rd shift is 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, Sunday-Thursday What's the Job? Operate nail-inserting machinery efficiently and accurately Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards Maintain equipment and perform routine inspections to prevent downtime Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Document production data accurately and in a timely manner What's Needed? No prior experience required; open to candidates early in their manufacturing career Above average computer skills to operate machinery and input data Some mechanical ability to troubleshoot minor issues Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members A strong work ethic and commitment to safety and quality What's in it for me?
