Requirements:

Ability to work safely in a metal finishing and manufacturing environment Ability to lift and handle metal parts weighing up to 45 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally (team lift required for heavier items) Ability to stand for an entire shift and perform frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and gripping Ability to work in hot and humid conditions, with temperatures reaching 100°F+ Must be clean-shaven where required for proper respirator fit Must pass a Pulmonary Function Test Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures Ability to learn racking, plating, inspection, and packaging processes

Job Duties:

Support plating and powder coating operations by assisting line operators Learn and apply proper racking techniques to maximize product quality and production efficiency Build and modify racks to accommodate new products and optimize throughput Hang and remove metal parts for plating and finishing processes Perform post-plating rinsing and drying procedures Follow inspection and packaging requirements for finished products Maintain proper job segregation and material organization Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards Use tools and equipment including racks, hooks, carts, forklifts, air tools, soldering equipment, and related production tools Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE at all times Why This Role?
