Job Description

Staffmark is hiring a Production Loader in Alexandria, MN for a local company that values safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Pay Rate:
$15.50/hour base pay $1/hour attendance bonus•simply complete your scheduled shift to earn more!
Schedule:
Monday•Friday | 7:30 AM•3:30 PM No weekends! Steady weekday schedule As a Production Loader, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly by loading and unloading test materials from packaging equipment in a clean, organized environment. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and values safety and reliability.
Responsibilities:
Load/unload products from secondary packaging equipment Keep your workspace neat and organized in line with 5S standards Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE Communicate respectfully with team members and supervisors Support company mission and values through your daily work
