What You'll Do as a
Machine Operator:
Operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce parts according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructionsLoad raw materials and monitor machine operations to ensure proper functionMake basic machine setting adjustments to maintain production qualityDocument production runs, quality checks, and any issues encounteredFollow all safety procedures and company policiesCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals What You Need to Bring to the
