• Thursday schedule with guaranteed three-day weekends Hands-on training provided alongside experienced machine operators Opportunity to learn specialized converting machinery and manufacturing processes Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance options Stable full-time hours in a clean production environment Duties of the manufacturing operator trainee: Assist primary machine operators with equipment setups, material staging, and continuous production Catch, inspect, and package finished bags from production machines according to required packing patterns Conduct routine quality checks, log inspection results, and complete production reports Maintain clean machine work zones, manage waste disposal, and adhere to GMP, SQF, and PPE safety rules Requirements of the manufacturing operator trainee: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Demonstrated proficiency in reading a ruler and tape measure down to 1/16 of an inch Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks throughout a 12-hour shift Willingness to cross-train and assist in other departments as needed Additional information: Take the next step in your manufacturing career!
