Job Description

Meat Processing & Packaging Operator - $18/hr
Location:
Becker, MN Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Join a hardworking, supportive team where your attention to detail helps deliver high-quality meat products every day! As a Meat Processing & Packaging Operator , you'll operate packaging machines, check product quality, and make sure everything meets company and safety standards. What You'll Do Operate packaging equipment (vacuum sealers, labels, roll stock machines, etc.) Inspect products for quality and accurate labeling Keep your work area clean and follow all food safety and sanitation rules Troubleshoot minor machine issues and keep production running smoothly Work together with your team to meet daily goals What We're Looking For Previous experience in food, meat, or packaging. Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work Good communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and reliability Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to work in a 45 degree production environment and lift 50 lbs. Ability to talk and understand English. Must be able to work with different types of meat.
