What You Will Do:

Centro Incorporated is hiring a Machine Operator to operate rotational molding equipment and produce high‑quality products. This role ensures processes are followed, defects are prevented, and production runs safely and efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operate rotational molding machines and related equipment Set up molds; load/unload and maintain molds properly Follow Product Summary Reports (PSRs) and quality processes Monitor product during production and adjust machine settings as needed Identify defects and take corrective action Complete production records accurately Communicate across shifts to ensure consistency Support training and assist team members as needed Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE What We re

Looking For:

Must be 18 years or older Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Ability to use tools, machinery, and basic computer systems Willingness to learn and work on your feet in a fast-paced environment Manufacturing experience and familiarity with power tools Experience with molding or similar production equipment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic mechanical ability or interest in working with tools Dependable attendance and a positive attitude are a must
