This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and build technical skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Operate and assist with a variety of machines Prep, inspect, debur, package, and handle materials and finished parts Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Support machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality standards Meet production goals while maintaining accuracy Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production runs Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE The pay range for this role is $22.00/hr. to $36.00/hr. depending on experience and qualifications.

What You Bring Must Have:

High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment Basic computer skills Ability to stand 8-12 hours and lift up to 40 lbs Nice to
