Penmac Staffing is hiring a Material Handler / Floor Coordinator for a growing manufacturing facility in the Brainerd area. This is a full-time, 3rd shift opportunity with pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour. Requirements for the Material Handler / Floor Coordinator Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Basic computer skills Ability to read schedules and follow written instructions Previous warehouse, manufacturing, forklift, or pallet jack experience is helpful Must be willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings Material Handler / Floor Coordinator Responsibilities As a Material Handler / Floor Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping production equipment supplied with materials and ready to operate.

Responsibilities include:

Transport materials and production components to equipment throughout the facility Review production schedules and prepare materials for upcoming jobs Stage materials in designated areas for efficient workflow Pull and organize job components, supplies, and packaging materials Deliver completed materials to the appropriate production or shipping departments Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding staged materials and production needs Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment safely Assist with general production and bindery operations as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Pay and Schedule 3rd Shift Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7am Full-time hours

Pay:
