Manufacturing Operator

What You'll DoLearn to set up and operate paper sheeting equipment.
Keep machine running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
What We're Looking ForNo experience? No problem—we'll train you.
We're looking for people who:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have a High School Diploma, or GED.Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)Take pride in doing quality workShow up reliably and work well with a team.
It's a plus if you have:
Previous manufacturing experience.
Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.
Physical & Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.
Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
On your feet for most of the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
