These positions load and/or run the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies. Opportunities available on 1st and 2nd shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand. Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer. Load feeders and magazines to ensure machine optimization. Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M. Evaluate components for conformance and sufficient quantity. Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines. Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects Competencies Technical Capacity Problem Solving/analysis Results Driven Organizational Skills Time Management Attention to Detail Teamwork Oriented Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
