Overtime Responsibilities :

Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment to produce parts according to work instructions and specifications. Load raw materials into CNC machines safely and efficiently, ensuring correct setup for each production run. Monitor machine operations, including automatic machines with robotic arms, and respond promptly to any issues or alarms. Use micrometers, calipers, and other hand measurement tools to inspect parts as they come off the machine and verify they meet quality requirements. Perform basic quality inspections and document results as needed to support production and quality control processes. Read and follow basic work instructions, production documents, and machine interface prompts to ensure accurate and consistent output.

Essential Skills:

Strong interest in learning CNC machines and manufacturing processes, demonstrated through curiosity, thoughtful questions, and motivation to grow. At least 6+ months of experience in a role that requires mechanical inclination, such as lube technician, construction, shop class, or similar hands-on work. 6+ months of manufacturing experience with machine operation.
