A Machine Set Up Technician sets up machinery used in a manufacturing facility, ready for use by operators. May also be responsible for basic operation of machines.

Quick Links Golf designs and installs premium golf simulators in homes, garages, basements, businesses, and entertainment spaces throughout Minnesota and surrounding regions. We're looking for a dependable, mechanically-inclined team member who enjoys building, problem-solving, and creating unique projects. This position will be 30-40 hours per week and will include regional travel to complete installs around Omaha, NE as we launch our branch down there. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us—not just fill a temporary job.
What You'll Do:
Install premium golf simulators in residential and commercial spaces Assemble enclosures, impact screens, wall panels, turf systems, and hitting areas Mount projectors, TVs, launch monitors, and other simulator equipment Install, cut and seam synthetic turf to fit in rooms Perform basic framing, finish carpentry, and general construction work Load, unload, and transport installation materials Maintain tools and help keep the shop organized Assist with inventory preparation and warehouse organization Complete service calls, repairs, and small upgrades for existing customers Help set up showroom displays or event/demo equipment when needed Represent Quick Links Golf professionally while interacting with customers Travel for Installs as we expand into new territories in the
Midwest What We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Dependable with excellent attendance Comfortable using power tools and hand tools Carpentry, remodeling, construction, or handyman experience preferred Basic or AV knowledge preferred (we work with tech!) Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Able to lift 75+ pounds Comfortable working on ladders and working overhead Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team An interest in golf is not required but it it great if you have it (Golf is our business!) We'll teach you everything you need to know about golf simulator technology.
Schedule:
3-5 installation days per week (Will include regional out of state travel, as needed) Hours may increase seasonally (fall/winter) due to demand Hours can vary based on customer demand As Quick Links Golf continues to grow, we expect this position to develop into a lead installer position and other growth opportunities as we grow more service regions.
