Lifecore Biomedical is seeking hard-working, reliable team players who want to begin a career in biomedical manufacturing. As a Packaging Technician , you will set up and operate packaging equipment in the final manufacturing stages of Lifecore products. During the course of your shift you will: Set up and operate equipment that labels, seals and packages Lifecore products Inspect Lifecore products Document completed work during the packaging of the products Practice proper precautions and procedures when handling chemicals Participate in the review of Lifecore procedures Identify and communicate quality issues Acquire and maintain cleanroom and gowning qualifications To qualify as a Packaging Technician, you'll need the following: High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment The ability to comprehend and follow written operating procedures. Able to lift 40 pounds Able to stand for the majority of your shift It's great if you also have at least 6 months of packaging experience, preferably in a medical device or equivalent regulated industry
Schedule:
