Job Description

Learn to push cross rods through grating to make assembled panels or other products. Learn the various coating, painting, and grit application procedures. Learn to identify and set up the proper jigs to assemble panels. Learn to topcoat the assembled panels and add grit. Learn to place assembled panels in a squaring rack using the proper irons and overhead crane. Learn data collection to assist in quality control, scrap identification or any other continuous improvement project. Assist in taking inventories when needed. Assist in all housekeeping activities in the Assembly Department and keep immediate work area clean. Work overtime as business needs require. Perform other duties as assigned and directed.
