• Operate high-speed injection molding machines to produce custom parts
• Clip, trim, deburr, and finish plastic parts according to job specifications
• Inspect finished components for quality and assist with packaging finished goods
• Complete simple production tracking paperwork and utilize hand tools as needed Requirements of the entry level machine operator:
• No experience needed, willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to stand for full shifts and lift 20-30 lbs. repetitively (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
• Reliable attendance and a positive, hardworking attitude
