Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operator workers for a thermal systems manufacturing company in Delano, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality components that support safety, performance, and reliability across industries like automotive, trucking, and energy. Machine Operator:
Operate and monitor machinery to produce parts according to specifications Inspect and test products using tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges Perform minor preventative maintenance (check fluids, oil machines, etc.) Read prints and work instructions to ensure accurate production Set up and align tooling, dies, and fixtures in machine beds Maintain a clean, organized workspace Troubleshoot issues and resolve production problems as they arise What You Need to Bring to the
Machine Operator Role:
High School Diploma or GED Strong math skills and attention to detail Ability to read prints, work orders, and follow instructions Basic computer skills and visual inspection ability Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without accommodations Willingness to wear required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe shoes, etc.) Familiarity with
ISO 9001
