Mixing Operator:

• Mix and blend ingredients according to recipes, formulas, and batch sheets
• Operate mixers, blenders, scales, and other food processing equipment
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and allergen-handling requirements
• Verify lot codes and complete production paperwork accurately
• Calculate batch times and ingredient amounts to minimize waste and maintain quality
• Follow special procedures for freezer and mixing areas
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals and safety expectations What You Need to Bring to the

Mixing Operator Role:

• Must have at least 6 months experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferrably in the food industry
• Must have foundational knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices
• Must be able to follow recipes, specifications, and work instructions accurately
• Experience with food processing equipment such as mixers, blenders, and scales preferred
• Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
