What You'll Do as a
Packaging Operator:
Properly handle packages, rework, WIP, and frozenPack pops with speed and accuracyCommunicate effectively and ask questions when neededReport any mistakes found, regardless of who made themVerify correct packing materials throughout the shiftComplete all required paperwork accuratelyFollow all safety protocols, GMPs, and SOPsMaintain a clean, organized work area and collaborate with the production teamPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or managerWhat You Need to Bring to the
Packaging Operator Role:
Strong understanding of food safety, sources of potential harm, and proper PPE useAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of timeAttention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and good communicationAbility to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environmentWillingness to work flexible hours and overtime as neededMust be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodationsEntry-level candidates welcome!
