Job Description

Rate of Pay:
$18.00/hr
Hours:
6am-4:30pm, Monday- Thursday (Friday as needed)

Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Health Insurance, 401KJob is Contingent on: Background and resume is requiredJob requirements: Faribault manufacturing facility designs, builds, and ships NorthStar and Powerhorse products—such as generators, pressure washers, air compressors, water pumps, log splitters, and more. Employees here gain hands-on experience in a high-quality production environment with opportunities for growth across assembly, machine operation, welding, and more. Key Responsibilities Operate assembly or machine equipment to build products according to quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals within a safe, fast-paced setting. Assist across departments (e.g., assembly, welding, or press operations) as needed based on workflow priorities.
