50/hr Shift Premium! Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed on both shifts Responsibilities Assisting Machine Operators in machine and work area set up at the beginning of the shift and when new jobs are being started up throughout the day. Inspection of product being produced on machine and communicating issues to operator as necessary. Assist Machine Operators with staging of product to be run and moving of completed product to designated staging areas. Cross training within process in order to gain understanding of process as a whole, and have the ability to cover for vacations or absences as needed. Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate time documentation within PACE system (starting and ending day, clocking in and out of jobs). Assist Machine Operators with shut down of equipment and work area cleanup at the end of the production shift. Qualifications Ability to follow instruction and direction from the Machine Operator and Manager. Ability to maintain a high level attention to detail. Ability and willingness to work overtime as required by workload and department manager. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to learn and ensure all quality specifications are exceeded. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to often lift 10 lbs. Ability to work overtime as required. Experience in the printing/finishing industry preferred. Previous quality inspection/print inspection experience a plus.
