Batching Technician:

Prepare and mix batches by weighing, measuring, and blending raw materials according to approved formulations and batch sheets Operate batching and mixing equipment and verify proper setup and functionality Stage and verify raw materials to ensure all ingredients meet quality standards Maintain accurate lot tracking and complete batch sheets, production records, and inventory transactions Follow GMP, SQF, HACCP, and other food safety and quality protocols Clean, sanitize, and maintain batching tanks, mixers, pumps, and related equipment Perform basic troubleshooting and simple preventative maintenance, reporting equipment issues as needed Collaborate with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate batching What You Need to

Bring Batching Technician:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred 1-3 years of experience in food & beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical batching preferred Strong basic math skills, including fractions, multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction Ability to read and interpret batch sheets, SOPs, and safety instructions Knowledge of and commitment to GMP and food safety standards Forklift certification or willingness to become certified Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment with or without reasonable accommodations Dependable and flexible, with willingness to work different shifts or overtime; bilingual English/Spanish a plus Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
