Safe operation of a truck mounted grapple/boom handling 5' 600 lb. concrete jersey barriers on state roads/highways and job sites. Installation and removal of concrete barriers and various materials Safe handling of various materials and equipment with grapple/boom truck. Clean driving record Boom truck experience helps, as its necessary for initial training Minimum 1 year experience of boom/heavy equipment operation needed Must be organized and have excellent communication skills Must have working knowledge of English sufficient enough to read, write, speak and understand oral and written information. Must have good mechanical aptitude You must be willing and able to lift up to 50+ pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects and/or tools weighing 50 pounds. You must be willing and able to walk or stand to a significant degree on rough terrain Flexibility to work long hours including evenings and weekends during Spring/Summer/Fall months Seasonal time off •Qualified candidates who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
