What You'll Do as a

Mixer:

Follow formulas and mix ingredients according to production standardsOperate equipment such as scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, and meltersRecord production data on daily reports and work center schedulesCommunicate with Leads and Supervisors to meet production demandsMaintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work areaReport equipment issues promptly and assist during audits as neededWhat You Need to Bring to the

Mixer Role:
