Mixer:

Mix raw ingredients to produce batter or icing according to specifications Follow formulas accurately to ensure consistent product quality Operate mixing equipment, scales, and related machinery Record production data on reports and work schedules Communicate with supervisors to meet production demands Monitor equipment performance and report issues promptly Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment Follow GMP standards and participate in quality audits and compliance activities What You Need to Bring to the

Mixer Role:
