Direct Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Laser Operators for an HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment Load and unload sheet metal material safely and efficiently Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed Verify parts meet quality and dimensional specifications Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings Perform routine quality inspections using measuring tools Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives What You Need to Bring to theLaser Operator Role:
Previous CNC laser operation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Reliable transportation to Maple Grove, MN #BCjobs Ready to Apply?
