Role:
Seeking a detail-oriented Operator to support the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working under close supervision to perform assembly, testing, and inspection tasks while ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in medical device manufacturing and hands-on production work.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices including pacemakers, ICDs, and related components
  • Follow standardized procedures and work instructions to complete routine assignments
  • Maintain accurate production and quality documentation to ensure traceability
  • Communicate effectively with team members and manufacturing leadership regarding issues and solutions
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate protective equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Support production goals while maintaining high standards of workmanship
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic data collection systems
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small components
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
USOPS Pay:
$19.00
