Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Stagehand to support the setup and breakdown of trade shows, expos, and conferences. This role involves hands-on labor, including warehouse work, decorating, and various setup tasks. The ideal candidate will follow detailed instructions, work efficiently in a team environment, and handle physical tasks that require lifting and moving heavy materials. Duties Assist with warehouse activities related to event setups and takedowns Set up and decorate trade show booths, expos, and conference spaces according to provided layouts and maps Hang pipe and drape, skirting tables, lay carpet, and perform other staging tasks Load, unload, and transport materials using straight trucks as needed Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work area during setup and breakdown Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly of event spaces Engage in labor-intensive work requiring physical strength, including lifting 30-60 lbs regularly Support team members in all aspects of event staging to ensure smooth operations Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (30-60 lbs) repeatedly Prior experience with warehouse work or event setup is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions, maps, or layouts precisely Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical labor involved Valid driver's license with experience driving straight trucks is preferred Good teamwork skills and reliability are essential for successful collaboration during busy setup days Ability to work flexible hours aligned with event schedules This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on event support roles that require physical effort and attention to detail.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
