Requirements for the
Role:
At least 3 years of experience working with commercial embroidery sewing equipment, textile manufacturing machinery, or related systems. Proficiency in fundamental computer tasks. Familiarity with programming and configuring embroidery files is considered a plus.
Compensation and Perks:

Core Duties:
Help drive production efficiency by managing commercial embroidery hardware to create high-quality custom apparel and promotional items. Handle the end-to-end setup of embroidery gear, which includes hooping garments and configuring necessary thread colors and digital files. Ensure consistent output quality by monitoring production runs, inspecting finished goods, resolving basic technical errors, and readying items for shipment. Support the creation of branded merchandise including uniforms, hats, jackets, and bags for a diverse range of clients in the hospitality, corporate, and athletic sectors.
Essential Skills:
Background in a manufacturing setting. Technical proficiency in embroidery sewing.
