• We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Machine Operator to join our team in Minnetonka, MN. You'll support the final stage of depth filter manufacturing by operating equipment, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

• Key Responsibilities
• + •Operate, monitor, set up, and clean production equipment.
• + •Perform basic troubleshooting and process adjustments.
• + •Monitor product quality and production processes.
• + •Assist with equipment changeovers and material handling.
• + •Complete production records and SAP entries accurately.
• + •Follow all EHS, Lockout/Tagout, PPE, and safety procedures.
• + •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• + •Work with the team to meet production and quality goals.
• Qualifications
• + •Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred.
• + •Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• + •Ability to follow safety and manufacturing procedures.
• + •Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• + •Dependable and team-oriented.
• + •Ability to stand, lift, bend, and handle materials regularly.
