Job Summary:

A growing manufacturer in the New Hope area is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to join their 3rd shift team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment. You will be responsible for loading materials into machines, operating stamping equipment, and performing basic finishing tasks. No prior machine experience is required—training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure materials are delivered to your station or retrieve materials as needed. Load raw materials into the machine according to specifications. Set the stamping tray and start machine operation. Remove trays and inspect completed parts. Deburr finished parts to remove excess material.

Qualifications:

Prior machine operation experience preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and write in English. Understanding of basic arithmetic. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions:

Physically demanding role requiring standing for most of the shift. Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Frequent movement, including walking up steps and carrying materials. Work environment is not temperature controlled—must be able to tolerate heat during summer months. Compliance with safety protocols is required at all times.
