Job Description

Overview We are seeking dependable and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Rackers/Un-Rackers on 2nd and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will rack, un-rack, and package customer products in a safe, efficient, and productive manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to workplace safety. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work order specifications. Handle customer products and tooling carefully to prevent damage. Monitor equipment to ensure it is operating and calibrated properly. Visually inspect products prior to racking and notify the Team Leader or Supervisor of any defects or non-conformances. Record required racking and un-racking information on work orders accurately. Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working around hazardous materials and chemicals. Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, organized, and orderly condition. Communicate questions, concerns, or problems promptly to the Team Leader or Supervisor. Perform other duties and related responsibilities as assigned. Physical and Environmental Requirements Ability to repetitively lift up to 50 pounds without assistance. Work around sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, and moderate noise levels. Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and heat generated from ovens. Limited use of hand and air tools and compressed air; hearing protection is required. Ability to distinguish between color variations. Potential splash exposure near processing lines. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Exposure to various chemicals used in the manufacturing process. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, understand, and complete documents such as work orders, safety instructions, and part dispositions. Ability to communicate effectively in English to ensure safe operations and teamwork. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
