Position Summary We are looking for All Shift - 1st, 2nd shift and weekend Punch Press Operators C or Entry Level Machine Operators to join our growing team in New Hope, MN. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Ability to manage multiple machines including automatic machines. Inspects work pieces for conformance to specifications and adjusts machine to correct errors. Cleans lubricates, and has the ability to do maintenance on machines. Maintains inventory accuracy. Positions workpiece against fixtures or stops on the machine bed or on the die. Operates forklifts. Ability to convert fractions to decimals and decimals to fractions. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year of varied manufacturing experience Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to the mission Flexible and able to multi-task; can work with an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
