• Woodbury, MN is now hiring a Light Equipment Operator for a well-established printing company in the East Metro !

Schedule & Pay:

Start on a steady 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM

• 2:00 PM | Monday
• Friday Transition to a rotating 3x12 schedule: Be open to working 6:00 AM
• 6:00 PM , just 3 days a week
• 4 days off!

Some weekend flexibility is required

Starting Pay:

$17.50/hr. Pay increase upon hire

What You'll Do:

Join a supportive team environment where you'll operate and maintain light production machinery to ensure high-quality printing and packaging products.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Setting up and operating finishing/binding/packaging equipment Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting Assisting in training new teammates and coordinating workflows Learning new areas and cross-training to build your skillset Why This Job is a Great Fit for

Ideal Candidate:

Comfortable with light mechanical work and machine operation Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Willing to learn, cross-train, and adapt to production needs Strong attendance and good communication skills Computer literate with strong technical aptitude and attention to detail. Comfortable using rulers, measurements, and basic math for precise adjustments. Able to understand, read, and speak English clearly for safe and accurate communication. Basic understanding of presswork procedures and materials (on-the-job training provided). Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitask effectively in a busy environment.
