Job Duties Assemble components using hand tools and insert plugs and small parts as directed Read and follow pick tickets and assembly instructions accurately Perform quality checks to ensure functionality and precision of assembled items Work with very small parts — fine motor skills and attention to detail are essential Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Positive attitude and reliability Fine motor skills for handling small parts Previous assembly experience is a plus but not required Able to lift 50 lbs. Apply today. What You Will Do As a Assembly Worker you will assemble products, components, or equipment using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly instructions. You will inspect completed assemblies, verify measurements, identify quality concerns, maintain organized work areas, and support production goals while following established manufacturing procedures and workplace safety standards. A Assembly Worker supports production by assembling mechanical, electrical, or manufactured components into completed products. This role combines technical ability with craftsmanship, organization, and attention to detail. The Assembly Worker works with assembly drawings, production equipment, and quality standards while maintaining accurate, consistent work throughout the manufacturing process.
