Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembly workers for a manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, you'll build and assemble commercial units while ensuring high quality standards in a team-focused environment. Assembly:
Assemble units and components according to engineering drawings and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for precise assembly Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality and specifications are met Report defects, shortages, or equipment issues to supervisors Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Assist in troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues as needed What You Need to Bring to the
Assembly Role:
