The Thermoforming Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting thermoforming equipment to produce high-quality products while meeting production and quality standards. Essential Responsibilities Set up and operate thermoforming machinery according to production specifications. Install, remove, align, and secure molds, tooling, and related equipment. Verify materials, tooling, and production requirements prior to machine startup. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards. Perform quality inspections and document production results. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate more complex concerns when necessary. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Assist with changeovers and production line support as needed. Meet productivity and efficiency goals while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience. Thermoforming, plastics manufacturing, or related production experience.
