As a Machine Operator , you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • 29/hour +$2 shift differential
Shift:
Rotating Night Shift What's the Job? Safely set up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions. Ensure high-quality goods are produced by checking for defects or malfunctions. Follow all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. What's in it for me?
