Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position involves producing a variety of inks and ink intermediates by following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

Instrumental in the production, blending, and quality control of custom ink batches and dispensing systems. Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs associated with the process. Perform daily housekeeping of his/her area and all equipment. Maintain an acceptable attendance record which will be monitored continuously. Be knowledgeable and adhere to all safety requirements. Must be able to work independently, be able to execute strenuous, sometimes repetitive physical work such as lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds, work in high temperatures, indoors and out and be able to work any shift The successful candidate must become thoroughly knowledgeable in the process of producing a quality batch and must be able to troubleshoot any issues that occur during the process Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must possess good English speaking and reading skills. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
