Masterson Staffing has teamed up with our very valued client to hire for a Plastic Injection Mold Operator in Rush City, MN. This is a temp-to-hire position with a growing company looking to hire full-time dedicated workers.

Multiple Shifts:

Shift:

7:00 am - 3:30 pm Days of the week scheduled: Rotating schedule 6 days on / 3 days off

Pay:

Hourly Wage of $16.00 Paid Weekly!!

Job Summary:

Plastic Injection Mold Operator inspects all plastic parts, trimming flash, stacking parts for. Must maintain our quality standards

Job Requirements:

Must be able to stand the entire shift Possess basic math skills Ability to communicate well with others to ensure proper flow of the line. Reliable Must be able to lift from floor to waist, and repetitive movements (hands/wrists)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Runs plastic injection mold machine to produce parts. Visually inspects all parts and sorts parts for regrind as needed.. Trim, package boxes, and label parts for shipment to customer. Keep area clean and well organized. Work within all safety guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly. Job requires frequent pulling, twisting, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting. Must be able to stand all day.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a manufacturing setting where one is exposed to noise, heat, humidity, and cold.
