Apply now. 2nd Shift Entry Level Machine Operator Position Overview The Machine Operator is responsible for the daily execution of sheet metal fabrication processes. In this role, you will ensure jobs are completed on schedule, parts are built precisely to customer specifications, and a safe, efficient work environment is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation:

Safely operate S4, P4, and other specialized fabrication machinery to produce high-quality parts for cash drawer assembly.

Quality Assurance:

Maintain strict adherence to established quality standards and perform routine quality checks on produced parts.

Maintenance & Organization:

Keep machinery, tools, and the surrounding work area clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Efficiency & Scheduling:

Maximize equipment utilization and workflows to meet or exceed production schedules.

Safety Compliance:

Support, follow, and enforce all Safety Program policies, rules, and procedures to ensure a hazard-free workplace.

Shift Hours:

3:30 pm - 2 am; Mandatory Overtime on Fridays and occasionally Saturdays.

Pay:

$18-19/hr.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift and consistently lift up to 15 pounds.

Technical Measurement:

Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools, including calipers, rulers, and computer-aided measuring equipment.

Communication:

Strong communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and understand English fluently.

Collaboration:

A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively alongside others in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, inspection, warehousing, or a related industrial environment. Join Us.
