Key Skills:

Operate manual or CNC routers to cut, trim and shape materials Read and interpret blueprints, routing instructions, and measurements Set up tools, fixtures, and materials for each job Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts while minimizing waste Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on router machines Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Experience Previous experience as a router operator in a manufacturing or fabrication setting is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Knowledge of different materials and router bit selection Ability to differentiate materials, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and types of plastic Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Programming capabilities preferred Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude Commitment to workplace safety Qualifications 2 year degree or field experience 2+ years of router machine experience (CNC or manual) Technical or vocational training in machining or fabrication is a plus Massman Companies is a leader in the design and manufacturing of precision automated machinery, Massman Companies has been providing innovative packaging systems for over 40 years.
