Saw Operator - Night Shift

Massman Companies is on the hunt for a Saw Operator with serious cutting-edge skills to join our team at our Villard, MN location! Key Responsibilities:

Operate saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements Ensure accuracy and quality of cuts while minimizing waste Maintain and troubleshoot saw equipment as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating saws in a manufacturing or fabrication setting preferred Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Ability to read a tape measure within a 1/32 Ability to differentiate materials, aluminum, steel, and stainless steel Ability to use a belt sander to debur Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude Commitment to workplace safety Massman Companies is a leader in the design and manufacturing of precision automated machinery, Massman Companies has been providing innovative packaging systems for over 40 years.
