Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating machining equipment, solving complex machining challenges, and supporting production with high-quality, efficient work. This is a hands-on role for a skilled machinist who can think critically and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machining equipment Analyze and solve machining and production challenges Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Ensure parts meet precise specifications and tolerances Perform inspections using measuring tools Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance Support multiple operations in a fast-paced production environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Contribute ideas to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience as a machinist Strong problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs Ability to pass a drug screen Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree or technical certification in machining or related field 6 months to 1+ year of related machining experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
