What You'll Do as a

Machine Operator:

Set up and operate production equipment according to job specifications and established production processesInstall, change, and rotate tooling and molds as required for each production runMonitor machine performance and make setting adjustments to maintain quality and efficiencyInspect finished products regularly to ensure they meet quality and specification standardsPerform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment during operationHandle materials and products by removing, stacking, transporting, and storing finished goods and unused toolingTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate more complex problems as neededAccurately record production data, timekeeping information, and follow all safety policies and procedures What You Need to Bring to the

Machine Operator Role:
