PROMAN Staffing is currently seeking experienced Production Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Arnold, MO. This hands-on position is ideal for candidates with machine operating experience, strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety. Operators will be responsible for monitoring production processes, performing machine adjustments, maintaining production records, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to meet production goals Perform machine start-ups, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting Monitor product quality and make necessary process corrections Identify and report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and specifications Complete machine changeovers and setup activities as assigned Maintain production records and end-of-shift documentation Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and team members to ensure efficient production Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company quality and safety procedures Requirements Previous machine operator, manufacturing, production, or process technician experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to identify quality issues and make process adjustments Experience working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to follow detailed instructions and production requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining productivity Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift materials Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
