  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented T-Shirt Printer Operator to join our vibrant manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining t-shirt printing equipment to produce high-quality custom apparel. Your expertise will ensure that each print meets our quality standards while adhering to production schedules. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative printing technologies and contribute to creating eye-catching designs that delight our customers. Responsibilities Operate DTF printing machines and to produce vibrant t-shirt designs efficiently and accurately. Prepare artwork files using graphic design software, including Adobe PhotoShop, ensuring proper color management and layout design for optimal print results. Manage processes such as color separation, film output, and stencil creation to set up printing jobs seamlessly. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, inspecting prints for color accuracy, alignment, and durability. Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting issues, and scheduling preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the design team to adjust typography, layout, and print advertising elements for maximum visual impact. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all manufacturing activities, including proper handling of inks and machinery. Skills Proven experience with t-shirt printing techniques and in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of color management principles and ability to troubleshoot color inconsistencies. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for preparing print-ready files. Familiarity with quality control standards specific to textile printing and apparel manufacturing. Ability to interpret technical drawings, typography, and layout design specifications accurately.
