Duties Set up, calibrate, and operate industrial embroidery machines to produce intricate embroidered designs on various materials Interpret design specifications and ensure accurate placement and stitching according to project requirements Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Conduct quality checks on finished products, inspecting stitching accuracy, color matching, and overall appearance Handle materials carefully, including fabric materials and upholstery textiles, ensuring proper alignment and tension during embroidery Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards in production at all times Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow Skills Proficiency with embroidery machine operation and manual sewing techniques Knowledge of measuring instruments for accurate fabric placement and dimensional measurements Understanding of sewing machine functions including serging and garment construction processes Experience with materials handling, fabric cutting, and upholstery production is a plus Familiarity with quality standards in manufacturing environments and seam construction principles Ability to interpret design files and technical specifications accurately Strong commitment to safety standards in production environments and warehouse experience is advantageous Embark on a rewarding journey where your craftsmanship makes a difference!
